Is this all just AI?

No. None of it. I rally against AI content. What works now, and what will keep working, is organic content that connects. Everything here comes from three and a half years of posting and 25 years in television and branding. Real experience, not a prompt.

Who are you, and why learn this from you?

I'm a TV cameraman, so I know framing, shots and editing, and I ran a creative branding agency for over 20 years. I started from zero at 46 and built a following of over 500,000 in three and a half years. This is everything I learned doing it.

Do these frameworks actually work, or is it just theory?
